ITS Intellexal is a digital services company that provides innovative solutions to its clients. We are currently seeking an AM Account & Finance to join our team on an immediate basis.

Responsibilities.

Update fund position on a regular basis and maintain schedule of payments.
Maintain accounts receivable carefully along with aging Report.
Design templates for receivables aging status and regularly follow up for recoveries; ensure accurate deduction of tax from clients’ receipts.
Oversee all organizational receivable matters on a monthly basis.
Ensure timely and accurate billing to clients & their correct linkage with orders/specific projects
Responsible for timely e-filing of Monthly Sales Tax Return for onward submission to SRB/PRA/KPRA.
Maintain records of JVs with respect to Sales Tax (Input & Output) and other adjustments.
Reconcile all the Debtor Accounts and do necessary correspondence with clients & Sales Department.
Ensure timely updating of relevant changes in Income tax ordinance and other tax laws.
Perform any other work assigned by the management.

Requirements.

Must be hands-on tax policies and implementation (Mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of corporate experience preferable in the digital service industry.
Firm grasp of all accounting principles with hands-on experience of A/R management.
Solid understanding of taxation matters and e-filing process.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be excellent at taking follow-ups.

Easily adaptable to changes in a fast-paced environment.
