Job Description:
The Hunar Foundation is seeking an Admin & Accounts Officer to look after all finance-related matters of the institute and trainees. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining store inventory, issuing and providing necessary items to trades, and coordinating with the procurement department for Purchase Requisition purpose. They will process for utility bills timely payment and prepare the budget and analyze the variance in it on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts and documents financial transactions by entering account information for the institution.
- Maintain accounting databases by entering data into the computer, processing backups, and reconciling financial descriptions by collecting and analysing account information.
- Prepare payment by verifying documentation, requesting disbursements and local purchasing, and handling fee and related reporting.
- Assist the Principal on account of reporting and databases and project reporting and monitoring.
- Maintain stores, workshop inventory, and fixed assets.
- Arrange quotations for the purchase of tools and equipment and consumables required for operation and also purchase when required.
- Prepare the annual budget of the institute in coordination with Principal/trades and analyse it monthly for variance.
- Any other task assigned by the Finance Department or Principal, which is required to execute from time to time.
- Any other job assigned by the management as per circumstances/requirement of the organization.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Com/BBA/MBA in Finance or a related field from a reputable university.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Age Bracket: 25-40 years.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS-Office and ERP software.
- Administrative skills.
