The Hunar Foundation is seeking a skilled and motivated Instructor to join our team at The Hunar Foundation. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing well-organized IT training to our students and assisting with the placement of graduates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, prepare, and deliver effective IT training to students.
2. Assess and provide feedback on student performance.
3. Troubleshoot and maintain IT equipment.
4. Develop and maintain linkages with target industries to ensure timely on-the-job training and placement of graduating students.
5. Organize campus hiring events and job fairs to provide exposure to potential jobs and help local companies find suitable candidates.
6. Maintain alumni database and organize alumni sessions.
7. Develop a strong network with industries, companies, and other relevant stakeholders to create placement opportunities for students.
8. Identify placement needs and requirements of employers and bridge the gap between employers and students.
9. Manage placement related queries from students and employers.
10. Participate in strategic planning and introducing new trades/courses at the institute level.
11. Maintain regular communication with parents to report on student progress.
12. Utilize innovative classroom techniques and methodologies.
13. Attend faculty meetings and provide feedback on student progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in BSCS, MSCS, MSc IT, or a related field from a reputable university.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Classroom management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
