Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include taking sales and escalation calls from customer support/sales agents in the outbound telesales department. You will need to follow call centre scripts, communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and be target-oriented and highly motivated to meet your goals.
This is a full-time position, and you must be available to work in the USA business hours, including night shifts. The Ramadan Shift Timings are from 07:30 PM-03:30 AM.
