Responsibilities:
- Entering data into computer systems and databases.
- Checking data accuracy and verifying discrepancies.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring security.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 29 years old and above.
- 3-4 years of working experience in data entry or IT/Admin related work.
- Computer skills like MS Office, Net Surfing, and trouble shooting.
- Administration/Operations/IT work experience will be given preference.
- Education: Computer Sciences/Software Engineering/IT background.
- Comfortable with using MS Office/Google Sheets and Google Docs.
