Nadra is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join their team at Nadra Headquarters in Islamabad. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our products and services. You will work closely with our engineering team to create user-friendly content that meets the needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop product manuals, how-to guides, website help sections, journal articles, and other content that distils technical information with ease and clarity.
2. Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
3. Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
4. Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success.
5. Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.
6. Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.

Key skills and experience:

1. 2 years of experience as an effective technical writer.
2. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
3. Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
4. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
6. Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and technical writing.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Ability to quickly learn and understand complex software changes and translate to multiple audiences.
9. Proficient in MS Suites including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
10. Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC).

Minimum Qualification Required:

• BS Software Engineering (BS Software Engineering).

• 4 Years Bachelor Degree (Software Design and Engineering).

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 Years Experience in related field.
